Jorge Ramos is a Mexican-American journalist. He was born March 16, 1958 in Mexico City, Mexico. Ramos Graduated in 1981 with a degree in communications from Ibero-American University. Ramos was a news anchor for the largest media company in Mexico, and later moved to America where he became the news anchor for Noticiero Univision.

Ramos gained a lot of notoriety within the Latino community because of the way he interviews world leaders like Fidel Castro and Barack Obama. He never shied away from asking tough questions, so much so that he was temporarily asked to leave a press conference for Donald Trump for pushing him to speak on his view of undocumented immigrants. Ramos has earned a lifetime achievement Emmy Award and is highly regarded in the Latino community.
