There is a planned maintenance event on Monday, Nov 19th starting at 9:00am. Utech will be switching over to new authentication server(s) that may affect certain campus services.  This could result in brief service interruptions with the following applications (although not expected): D2L, VIP, T2 Parking system, Blackboard portal, KLN portal, OrgSync, Mediasite, and Footprints.

This could affect all of campus - Student, Faculty and Staff. Downtime on-campus should be limited to an hour or less. Off campus (trying to access campus resources from home, or outside of our campus network), there is a possibility that access to these systems from may be restricted up to and including Tuesday, 11/20 and Wednesday 11/21. This will only affect off-campus access. The www.calu.edu website and student application, donations and other pages will not be affected at all. All systems should be available from outside the campus network as of Thursday, November 22.
