Interested in becoming a group fitness instructor but want additional experience first?
If so, we are hosting a special training through Les Mills to help students become certified in their Sprint class! Sprint is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training cycle class designed to help participants get fast results!
Training will take place from 8am-6pm on Saturday, Dec, 1st and Sunday, Dec. 2nd in the Group Fitness Studio of Herron Hall.
