Make sure when you’re logging in to VIP that your username is in lowercase – signing in with the username in capital letters will not let you access degreeworks.
Due to VIP moving, passwords saved in the browser may not be prefilling. If you need help with your password, you have a few options. If your password is saved or you know it, then you will be able to change it here: https://sts.calu.edu/adfs/portal/upatepassword
If you’ve already registered for the password reset utility, you can go there and reset your own password: passwordreset.calu.edu
