NEW PASSWORD RESET UTILITY
Now you will be able to reset your password 24 hours a day without the need to contact the Helpdesk.
How do I register?
The password reset utility is easy to use! In fact, it’s built right in to your Outlook Webmail Client. When you log in, you will be prompted to register for the new service by entering either a phone or email address:
- Authentication Phone: Set this option to a phone number you can access, such as a cellphone that can receive a text or a call.
- Authentication Email: Set this option to an alternate email address that you can access without using the password you want to reset.
What do I do when I forget my password?
You can reset your password:
- From the initial sign-in screen in your Outlook Webmail, simply click ‘Can’t access your account?’ and follow the on-screen directions.
- From the “Enter password” screen in your Outlook Webmail, click ‘Forgot my password’ and follow the on-screen directions.
