Learn how to recognize and manage feelings of stress and anxiety. Practice time management skills to manage your academic schedule, social activities, and making time for yourself. Set and implement specific goals that will improve your mood and help you reduce stress. Attend our "Stress Management" workshop at Noss 211 at one of the following dates and times:

Monday, April 22 @ 3:00 & 4:30
Tuesday, April 23 @ 11:00, 11:30 and 12:00
Wednesday, April 24 @ 3:00 and 4:30
