Dr. E. Faye Williams, entrepreneur, educator and author is one of 200 women who survived a hostage situation in the Arabian Sea prior to the first Gulf War. She holds a number of degrees, including a doctorate of ministry from Wesley Theological Seminary and a law degree from Howard University. Her passion for peace and human rights address in several nations including Haiti, Palestine, Iraq and her in the U.S. from multiple universities and practices as an attorney. William’s has and continue to hold leadership roles in several civic organizations such as the inaugural Million Man March, Partners for Peace, Women's Health Network and Council for National Interest. She has been invited to share her expertise and experience on numerous radio and television news programs including CNN, BET, CBS, and ABC. Williams is currently the President and CEO of National Health Options, which produces oils from peanuts that are used topical medication and natural hair products.  Williams’ accolades include the National Interest’s They Dare to Speak Out Award, the Winnie Mandela Endurance with Dignity Award and Ebony Magazine’s 100 Most Influential Black Americans.
