California University of Pennsylvania’s 11th Annual Homeland and International Security conference will be held on April 12, 2019 from 8 am to 1 pm in the Natali Performance Center. 

 

Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. Program begins at 9:00 a.m.

 

This year’s theme focuses on protecting places of worship and brings together behavioral analysis and law enforcement professionals from across the country who will share their expertise and experiences. The protection of religious institutions has become an extremely relevant and important topic in today’s world in light of recent tragedies.

 

The conference will educate attendees on critical issues surrounding this topic to foster greater awareness and preparedness. The presentations will address various subjects such as threat assessments through behavioral analysis, the physical security challenges facing religious institutions, and community resiliency after crisis.
