Once you’ve completed the survey, a Reward Token will be posted to your CalCard within 72 hours.
You can redeem this Reward Token at Modeco or Chick-fil-A in Natali Student Center for a 12 oz can of Mountain Dew Kickstart and a Rice Krispy Treat (one time use only, single transaction).
Reward Tokens expire on May 4, 2019.
