The College of Education and Human Services has a Graduate Assistant Position beginning Summer 2019 and continues until graduate student has completed their program.  

This position works closely with faculty, students and the COEHS personnel and is a 300 hour position (20 hours weekly). Student must be taking 9 credits.   Start date is May 2019 and continues through student's program. 

*Applicant must be able to work on campus  between the hours of 8 am and 4pm (specific weekdays and hours are flexible). 

*Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel

*Applicant must possess a professional demeanor, good organization and communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Create and/or maintain data bases in excel
Create spreadsheets from databases and other sources
Complete mail merges
Assist students and faculty
Answer phones and direct calls accordingly
Maintain a strict policy of confidentiality
Other duties as assigned
