Cal U’s annual Summer Educational Enrichment for Kids (SEEK) children's day camp enrolls children entering grades K-10.

Kids have fun while taking part in learning experiences that encourage them to meet their maximum learning potential. Making memories and meeting new friends is all part of the SEEK experience. This year’s theme: It’s Magic!

A variety of curriculum and program options are available for children in different age groups during our two sessions: July 15-19, 2019 and July 29-August 2, 2019. Classes begin at 8:30 AM and end at 4 PM daily on our main campus.

CHECK OUT OUR NEW PROGRAM!

Kindergarten Readiness Camp

Program offered during both sessions of SEEK: July 15-19, 2019 And July 29-August 2, 2019.

Prepare your child for the exciting transition to kindergarten. Our Kindergarten Readiness Camp will help your child further develop the skills necessary to adapt and excel in an elementary school environment.

Children can attend one or both sessions as well as enroll in one or both groups. Each group program curriculum will focus on the same skill building areas and key concepts each week, however different activities and projects will be offered during each session of our Kindergarten Readiness Camp.

To participate, children must be registered to attend kindergarten in the upcoming school year (2019) and must be five years old on or before September 1, 2019. The morning and afternoon groups will be led by certified, experienced teachers with expertise in early childhood education. Maximum enrollment per group will be 24 children.

8:30-11:45 AM (Morning Group) - Academic Adventurers

The morning program will focus on verbal skills, language development, work habits, gross motor skills and fine motor skills. A selection of engaging activities and projects focused on counting, handwriting, reading, and rhyming will keep them engrossed and entertained!

12:45-4:00 PM (Afternoon Group) - Social Butterflies

The afternoon program will focus on self-help skills, social-emotional skills, and listening skills. A variety of playful activities will encourage children to be more mindful of themselves and others, manage emotions, and become confident in a more structured and independent environment while, of course, having fun and making new friends.
