What’s the T?:  A Guide to Surviving (and Thriving) During Winter Break

Commercials and television shows tell us that the holiday season should be shining and perfect. Heading home for Winter Break can seem like approaching paradise to college students after a long semester away. After the draining demands of college life, relaxation over break is often idealized by students. Unfortunately, the break can add both expected and unexpected stress while students are away from campus life. This “What’s the T?” panel will discuss how to both survive and thrive during Winter Break and set up a plan for success for the Spring semester.
