SAI Board of Directors
Class IV Undergraduate STUDENT LEADERSHIP VACANCY
The SAI Board is charged with filling a vacancy for the unexpired term of an undergraduate student member on the SAI Board of Directors. This position will begin immediately upon approval by the Board and extend to June 30, 2020 or until a successor qualifies.
According to the bylaws, Class IV members are: “Seven members who shall be members of the Corporation (full SAI fee-paying undergraduates) and members of Student Congress.”
Candidates must have demonstrated significant prior service to the University, are in good academic and disciplinary standing, and be able to participate in evening Board meetings. By applying for the vacancy you approve to permit Student Affairs to review your academic and disciplinary records.
Meetings: The Student Association, Inc., Board of Directors holds regular monthly meetings during the academic year. The schedule is established each semester to accommodate the majority of the Board member schedules. For the spring 2020 semester, the meetings will be held on Jan. 28, Feb. 25, Mar. 24, Apr. 21, in the evenings. Special meetings may be called at the will of the President of the Student Association, Inc. Board of Directors or by a majority of the members of the Board.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION IS 4:00 p.m., FRIDAY, JANUARY 24.
Interviews for qualified applicants will be held during the next SAI Board Meeting on January 28.
Eligible candidates who cannot attend the interviews on January 28th will be reviewed based on their submitted application materials.
