Applicants must meet the following requirements:
v Must be admitted into a Master’s level degree seeking program and meet all entrance qualifications established by the Graduate School
v Must be a full-time graduate student (enrolled in 9 in-state graduate credits)
v Must maintain a 3.0 GPA
v Must demonstrate a commitment to the University’s core values of integrity, civility, and responsibility
v Must be able to work a very flexible schedule
v Must have customer service experience
v Strong communication skills
v Experience with Microsoft Office Products
v Customer service experience
