Do you seem to spend your days caught up in negative thought loops that don’t serve you well? If you have a hard time breaking free, you are good company. Join your colleagues in trying out a variety of brief meditation and guided relaxation exercises aimed at calming the mind and body.
We will meet on the ground floor of Carter Hall in Multicultural Affairs (suite G25, room G30) from 12:10 pm to 12:50 pm on Fridays beginning February 7, 2020 and ending May 1, 2020. If you have any questions, email Dawn Moeller (email@example.com). We hope to see you there!
