The Legal Studies Program is offering LAW 440 (Immigration Law) during the summer term. This course is offered 100% online, beginning June 22 and ending August 14. Students will learn about U.S. immigration statutes, rules and regulations, precedent, and administrative policies relevant to immigration law. A theoretically and practically oriented course, LAW 440 is relevant to those who are studying law, political science, history, business, or for anyone who is interested in learning more about this timely topic.
