Are you struggling to manage your time? Is it causing you to fall behind in your classes or everyday tasks? Do you need help learning how to prioritize your health and wellbeing? If so, please join us for a Stress Management Workshop! This workshop will be hosted by the Director of Student Wellness Support Services in collaboration with the Counseling Center and the Office of Academic Success. Faculty and staff are welcome, as well!
