This course provides a broad introductory overview of the hospitality industry.
There is also a course segment on the art and science of alcohol etquitte and service in professional and social settings.
This course open to any undergraduate major as a general elective.

No pre-requisites.

This course is required for the Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Studies Major (42 credits), the Tourism Studies Minor (18 credits), and Event Planning and Management Minor (18 credits).
