As a result of COVID and the need to move to remote instruction during the Fall 2020 term, the demand to generate video content/cloud-based recordings increased due to this mode of operation.  Mediasite and Zoom both had a major increase in regards to our overall storage footprint within both systems.  For us to reduce our overall storage footprint we are asking you to review the attached guides and video links included within this email so that you can delete any unneeded video content/cloud-based recordings stored within both of these systems.  If have you any questions or need any assistance with working to remove any of your unneeded video content and cloud-based recordings in Mediasite and/or Zoom, contact the Teaching and Learning Center via email tlc@calu.edu.  On behalf of the Teaching and Learning Center Staff, we would like to wish you and your family a Very Happy and Healthy Holiday Season.
