A 300 hour Graduate Assistantship is available during the Spring Semester, 2021 and the person would perform all duties of the position remotely (not in a Cal U office) This position has the possibility of more than one semester for the right candidate.  

Responsibilities:

-Assisting with implementation of state grant activities

-Working to assist all 14 state system universities with maximizing the use of ScreenU, a web based program that students can access from their phones or computers. 

-Assisting with marketing strategies for web-based student screening programs

-Developing data and report

-Assist prevention professionals with the development of a new online alcohol education program for students

-Participate in the creation of evaluation instruments and assist with other evaluation activities

-Take notes during meetings with Coalition Coordinator and State System universities

-Participate in PA State System AOD coalition meetings and committee meetings if available.  All these meetings are held via zoom sessions or as conference calls. 

-Other duties as required

 

Hours:

300 hours per semester. 

Location: Student works remotely

Pay rate: $4644.00 per semester

 

Skills/Qualifications that are a plus for consideration:

-Ability to successfully complete work independently (necessary)

-Good organizational skills

-Technology skills including knowledge of e-learning apps and/or web-based screening programs (specific program knowledge a plus, but not necessary)
