The Cal U Sports Information Office will be hiring a graduate assistant for the Spring 2021 semester. The office is responsible for the maintaining the athletics website and social media accounts, plus coordinating with CUTV and WCAL for the streaming of Cal U athletics.
SCHEDULE
450 hours for Spring 2021 semester
Ability to work evenings/nights and weekends work IS required
Travel to various facilities IS also required, including off-campus

SKILLS
Strong communication, organization, writing, editing skills
Experience using Mac and PC computers
Working knowledge of social media platforms
QUALIFICATIONS
Background with baseball/softball official scoring rules
Experience with website maintenance
Photography skills are strongly encouraged
Knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
Writing news releases and content for athletic website
Record in-game statistics
Providing updates through social media platforms
Oversee game management
Assist in the production of athletic publications
