The Cal U Hispanic Student Association, the Office of Women’s Studies, and the College of Education and Liberal Arts is hosting a talk with Puerto Rico- born Doctor of Criminal Justice student and former NYPD officer Francesca Colón. Francesca will talk about how education was a major factor in her life as she grew up in The Bronx and became a successful Hispanic woman.
