Residence Halls close on May 7th at 8pm. All students must vacate the halls by this date and time, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please read the instructions below on the proper procedure for checking out of your residence hall.
1. Once packed up and all items are out of the room, contact either the CA on Call or the CA at the office/desk to begin check out procedure (check with your hall staff on hours they will be available for move out)
2. Turn in room key to CA & report any new damages to CA and sign RCR (room condition report)
