Email message sent notifying students and authorized users of each monthly E-BILL.
Paper bills only mailed at beginning and end of terms.
Students are required to monitor their account through the Vulcan Information Portal (VIP) at http://vip.calu.edu for billing, balances, adjustments, and/or corrections to the initial bill.
If you want a third party (i.e. parents) to also receive an email and be authorized to monitor the student's account - enroll them as an AUTHORIZED USER via the Billing Tab on VIP. Directions are available on the Parent & Family Portal. Once authorized as a user on the account, payments can be made via the Parent & Family portal.
