To All SCUPA and AFSCME Employees:

 

2013 PEBTF Open Enrollment

October 7 – October 25

 

Each fall, Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education employees (PASSHE) who are covered by the Pennsylvania Employees Benefit Trust Fund (PEBTF) health benefits have an opportunity to review their coverage and make changes for the coming year.  This year’s open enrollment period is October 7 – October 25.  All changes must be completed in Employee Self Service (ESS) or reported via PEBTF-2 enrollment form to your university human resources office no later than October 25.  All changes made will become effective January 1, 2014. You may review the PEBTF Open Enrollment newsletter at:  https://www.pebtf.org/OpenEnrollment/  or obtain information by calling:  1.866.377.2672.

 

Use the PASSHE Employee Self Service (ESS) portal at:  https://portal.passhe.edu/irj/portal.

 

ü  To add or remove dependents.

ü  To change plans.

ü  To add or remove medical or supplemental (dental, prescription drug, vision and hearing aid) coverage.

ü  For instructions on how to utilize ESS to make changes during Open Enrollment, click on the Employee Self-Service tab, and then click on “Help Documents” and PEBTF Health Enrollment.

 

In addition, your university human resources office can provide and process a paper PEBTF-2 enrollment form for you to change plans or add or remove dependents.  Forms must be submitted by October 25, 2013.
