    Walk your way to Fitness!


    I am pleased to announce a pedometer based walking for fitness program, made possible by a grant from the PA Faculty Health and Welfare Fund.



    ·          Pedometer

    ·          A copy of the book “Pedometer Walking, Stepping Your Way to Health, Weight Loss, and Fitness”

     A daily step log

    These items will be yours to keep.


    You provide:

    ·          A willingness to walk!


    Participants will be asked, but not required, to take part in a survey about their self-perceived fitness level.


    The number of participants is limited by the number of pedometers which will be issued on a first come, first serve basis.  Give yourself a reason to get out and enjoy this beautiful autumn weather.
