The University on-line payment system will be down today, Tuesday, November 5, 2013 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time Zone for a system upgrade. Payments cannot be processed during this time period.
Credit card payments can be made via phone by calling the Bursar's Office at 724-938-4431 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Eatern Time Zone.
