FROM: Dining Services RE: Holiday Lunch at the Gold Rush

Come join us in the Gold Rush on Tuesday, December 10th, from 10:30am until 2:00pm for our special Holiday Lunch!


At Homestyles, we will be having Holiday Spiced Cornish Hens, Mushroom Al Gratin Potatoes, and Green Beans with Bacon & Onions.  For our Vegetarian friends, we will have Wild Mushroom Strudel with Goat Cheese crumbles.


At Fusions, we will be featuring Apple Cider & Brown Sugar Fresh Steamship of Pork, Broccolini with Sweet Vidalia Onions, and Smoked Gouda Whipped Potatoes with Candied Bacon Garnish.


For dessert, we will have a Crêpe station with our Baker Chef Rick.  Featuring Local Spiced Apples, Fresh Strawberries, Berry Compote, Whipped Cream Topping, Chocolate Rum Sauce, and all finished with Dusting of Powdered Sugar


Our soups will be Wedding Style Soup & Broccoli with Aged Cheddar.
