Celebrate Cal U Student, Staff, and Faculty Veterans this month in Manderino Library. Stop by the first floor lobby to look at displays of books, war letters, and memorabilia collected by post-9/11 Iraq War Veterans. Items of particular interest include combat gear, Iraqi collectibles, and a Cal U Flag flown in Iraq. You can even show your support by signing a greeting to a currently-deployed Cal U armed-services member.
Then, on Tuesday, April 1st at 11am, stop by the second-floor of Manderino Library, Room 208, for 2003 Gulf War Revisited: A Moderated Dicussion
More than 10 years have passed since the initial invasion of Iraq on March 19th, 2003. Today, the region remains in a state of deteriorating conflicts.
