We are seeking a Graduate Assistant beginning in the Fall 2014 semester to support our work with the OffiGlobal Online Office.
The qualified candidate will possess strong communication skills and be computer proficient (MS word, MS excel, use of Internet, working in an online capacity, etc). I n addition, qualified candidates will need to be able to work independently on tasks as well as with others.
This GA positions works very closely with the office of web-based programs with respect to supporting recruitment and retention initiatives for the Office of Web-Based Programs to include: email/mail campaigns, data-entry in CRM, administrative tasks, filing, phone service, recruitment projects, research, website updates, and special projects as needed.
All interested applicants must:
· be taking at least 9 graduate credits per semester
· Must be able to work 20 Hours (any time Mon-Fri) a week/300 per semester during business hours of 8 am to 4 pm
