Commit to Change!

Are you ready to make a healthy lifestyle change?

Commit to Change is here to help!

This is a FREE support program from Healthy Habits and H.E.A.R.T.  that will offer information, motivation, tips and challenges that will help you reach your healthy lifestyle goals.

You may choose to join for general motivation for a change you want to make, or choose one of our tracks that address a specific topic. All tracks will receive general information on healthy food choices and managing stress, as well as tips for overall well-being, in addition to the goal specific information, accountability and guidance suitable for that specific Track.

Specific Tracks:

Move It! – for beginners, those just starting an exercise program

Lose It! – for those seeking to lose those extra pounds

Amp It! – for those who are looking to take their training to the next level

 

Register for Commit to Change and let us help you reach your goals!

10 week program includes emails, virtual support, face to face meetings, workouts, and tracking progress.  Pick and choose what works for you!

Program begins Monday February 23rd
