Google Chrome and Employee Self-Service

For anyone using Google Chrome, you may experience difficulty trying to access the Employee Self-Service system.

 

Please follow these steps to ensure you gain access to your information in the system:

 

1.   Click on the menu icon at the top right of the browser screen:

 

2.   Select “More Tools” at the bottom of the menu, then “Clear browsing data”

 

3.   On the “Clear browsing data” screen, select “the beginning of time” and the first four (4) checkboxes (Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and files) then click the “Clear browsing data” button at the bottom of the screen.

 

4.   Close down the browser, relaunch it and you should be able to use the portal successfully.
