Graduate Assistant Position – End Violence Center
The End Violence center is seeking a qualified candidate for one (300) hour Graduate Assistant position.
We are looking for a creative, energetic, innovative student that possesses strong written, and oral communication and technical skills.
Candidates must have a strong work ethic, a desire to work well in a group setting, and an interest in social justice in regards to intimate power-based violence.
Confidentiality is required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Graduate Assistant will work closely with all student employees on programing events sponsored by the End Violence Center.
Assist project director with grant funded projects.
Assist with social media campaigns and monitor office accounts.
Staff all informational tables promoting the center.
Facilitate the first year seminar sessions.
Meet with students seeking services provided by the End Violence Center.
Occasional evening and weekend work could be required.
This position is not a remote position.
