The People Finder directory at PennWest-California needs updated. Please follow the steps below to submit any updates or changes to your information:
- Please visit the Resources for Faculty and Staff page on the Cal U website - https://www.calu.edu/inside/faculty-staff/
- Scroll down on the right side of the page until you see, “Submit an edit for People Finder”
- Sign in using your Cal U log in credentials
- Determine if you would like to enter a new employee, update an existing employee, add a new position to an employee, remove a position from an employee, or delete an employee
- Click “confirm selection”
- Put in the name of the employee that you would like to modify
- Click “Lookup”
- Click “Select”
- Make any modifications that you would like to – be sure to click the small white box next to “Modify this information”
- Click “Update selected”
- The submission should be processed for approval
* Changes to department names that are available in the dropdown box must be requested through IT via https://pennwest.samanage.com and choose "Submit Ticket" to complete and submit your request.
