GRADUATION APPLICATION FOR DECEMBER 2022 DEADLINE!
For students intending to graduate December 2022:
· Applications are due by Friday, November 4th (after this deadline, names may not be included in the commencement program and could delay the delivery of your diploma)
· You must complete a graduation application for your degree to be awarded
· Applications are available on my.pennwest.edu
1. Go to www.pennwest.edu
2. Click on myPennWest icon
3. Click Sign In and enter username and password
4. Click on Student Self-Service
5. Click graduation application (listed underneath profile picture)
· Review degree works and meet with your advisor to ensure that all your program requirements have been met
