All D2L Support Requests should be submitted through the PennWest Help Desk so that both D2L admins have visibility and can assist you promptly.
These service requests are also linked for you right inside D2L. There is a "Faculty - Quick Submit" widget after logging in to D2L:
Course Combines - combine shells that are not officially crosslisted
Course Enrollments - enroll and individual into your shell
Course Shell Requests - request a development or community shell
Early Access Course Start Change - modify your shell's start date
Integration Requests - request a textbook or other integration if available
Student Incompletes - allow a student to access a closed shell
General/Other D2L Help - general questions/assistance
