On Saturday, Feb. 18, 2023, Third and Hickory streets on the California campus will be closed to all vehicular traffic to allow for the safe demolition of Azorsky Hall. Pedestrians are encouraged to avoid the construction area if possible.
Mid Mon Valley Transit buses will use the Loop Road during the closure. The Hickory and Third Street pick-up location will be moved temporarily to Hickory and Sixth streets. The Booker Towers pick-up location will be moved temporarily to Third and Green streets.
The same closure is tentatively scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 19, if necessary.
