The Cal U Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC) is hosting a CAL U Business & Technology Virtual Job & Internship Fair 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Oct. 6.
At the virtual fair, job seekers can discover career opportunities and meet employers through video, audio or chat. Students and alumni who register for the fair must schedule to attend one-one-one or group sessions with employers ahead of the fair.
Employers attending to date include: Advanced Acoustic Concepts, Dedicated Nursing Associates, Inc., Dollar Bank, Duquesne Light, Ensinger, Enterprise Holdings, Huth Technologies, Logix Guru, Northwestern Mutual, Sherwin Williams, UPS, and U.S. Steel.
To prepare students and alumni for the fair, the CPDC is also hosting a Top Tips to Prepare for a Virtual Fair virtual workshop at 11 a.m. Sept. 29. Employer representatives from Duquesne Light and Enterprise Holdings will share insider tips on what employers look for at a virtual fair and how to prepare.
