Freshman Tyler Kipp is the first individual qualifier for the Vulcans since 2008.
California University of Pennsylvania freshman Tyler Kipp was selected as an individual qualifier to the 2021 NCAA Atlantic/East Region Championships
hosted at the Lake View Country Club on May 6-8 in North East, Pennsylvania, by Mercyhurst.
The top-four teams from each super regional and top individual from a non-advancing
team from each super regional will advance to the NCAA National Championships to be
held at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, from May 17-21.
Kipp was one of six individuals selected to the super regional championships, which
features 16 team qualifiers from primarily the Northeast-10 Conference (NE-10) and
Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC). Southern New Hampshire captured the
regional championship in 2019 and will be one of six NE-10 programs at the event.
