Van leaves at 9am from parking lot 21 located across the street from Herron Recreation and Fitness Center
Stop by the Herron Recreation and Fitness Center front desk to sign up!
Recommended items to bring: lunch, snacks, water, comfortable clothing/rain gear, & a light backpack
Participants must be able to provide proof of insurance.
No experience necessary!
