HELLO OVR STUDENTS!!
Susan Bocetti will be on campus in room 420 of Manderino Library for mandatory semester meetings. She will be there:
· October 22nd, 23d, 24th, & 26th
· October 30th through November 2nd,
· November 6th through November 9th.
Please note!!
She will NOT be there on October 25th, 29th or November 5th
Appointments will start at 8:45 am and the last will start at 3pm. They will be scheduled every half hour except for her lunch which will be from noon until 12:30 pm unless otherwise arranged. Most appointments do not last a half hour. If, due to disability, you cannot meet at the above location, please email Susan ahead of time. If you are unable to meet on any of these dates, please contact her.
This meeting is necessary to ensure continued consideration for tuition assistance from OVR. It is also to discuss/ assist with problems you might be having relating to your college experience pertaining to your disability. She may be able to assist with other issues/ needs or assist you in contacting your primary counselor if necessary. Please email her as soon as possible at sbosetti@pa.gov to schedule. Please include in the email:
· your name
· the name of the college you attend (she goes to multiple colleges)
· your preferred day and time
· a working cell number that she can leave a message on if you do not answer
Please let her know ahead of time if you cannot make your appointment so that she can schedule others. Do not call her office phone to reschedule on the day of your appointment. She will not have access to her office phone on the above days. However, you can call the receptionist at 724 223 4430 and let them know; they will contact her. (Preferrably, you can also stop at room 420 at any time she is there to reschedule.) She will try to return all scheduling emails, but in case you do not get a return email, consider yourself scheduled anyway. She will return your email if there is a scheduling conflict and work around your schedule if it is possible. Thank you!
