As we announced earlier this summer, we are changing our process for submitting clearances for your field experiences in teacher education starting this summer. The COEHSclearances email address where you sent them to in the past will become inactive. Clearances will be collected through a company called CastleBranch which has been managing clearances for many universities for years. You will set up your account there and submit your clearances to them. This year, you will be setting up your background check and compliance tracker. In future years, you will return for the recheck option. CastleBranch has a great deal of support to help you with your clearances.
Please check your email for a message about clearances that will include directions and specific information. Read those directions carefully before you start to set up your account.
