Good news! Some 300-hour Graduate Assistant positions for Fall 2019 are available in Childhood Education Department!
There are two types of positions available:
Generalist GA
This position focuses on assistance with instructional management tasks, researching for department level reports and program revisions, meeting and working with potential UG students, planning and scheduling teacher education seminars.
Marketing/Recruitment/Media Outreach GA
The focus of this position is to maintain and manage social media accounts for the Childhood Education Department. The position would require creating and scheduling social media content to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
All applicants must have excellent writing, communication, and library research skills, and be proficient in use of Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, Googledocs, Powerpoint, and Googleslides. Knowledge of Web 2.0 applications for use in education is preferred. Applicants must also show evidence of capabilities in problem-solving skills, and ability to work with a variety of people, including faculty, students, and university personnel.
