Human Resources has the following two policies available online:

Policy Statements and Compliance Procedures on Equal Education and Employment Opportunity and Social Equity (EEEO)

Gender-Based/Sexual Misconduct (Title IX) Policy
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 protects persons from sex
discrimination in educational programs and activities at institutions that
receive federal financial assistance.
  The University is committed to
providing an environment free from discrimination on the basis of sex.
Additionally, this policy outlines the grievance procedures for Gender-based/
Sexual Misconduct at California University of Pennsylvania.
