The Office of University Housing is recruiting a central office Graduate Assistant for Fall 2020 

>   Assist in inventory of residential and departmental assets including, but not limited to furniture, keys, signage, and central/resource office supplies. 
>   Assist with coordination of the housing credit card schedule for Community Assistant programming supplies. 
>   Assist the Associate Director of On Campus Living with answering central office emails and phone calls. 
>   Assist in supervision and scheduling work study students in central office. This will include training the work study students in proper phone, email and customer service etiquette. 
Schedule and coordinate usage of Carter Hall and Johnson Hall multipurpose rooms (MPR). 
>   Assist new and prospective students in completing housing contracts online or by mail.  
>   Assist students during the roommate and room selection period. 
>   Manage all housing related social media accounts.  
>   Manage Blaze Express commuter housing.  
>   Represent University Housing at campus functions.  
>   Supervise Housing Office Intern*** 
>   Assist other members of the University Housing central office as needed. 



>   Max of 20 hours per week, max of 300 hours in the semester for 15 weeks (semester) 
>   Great work experience in Student Affairs
