The deadline for Spring 2021 Tuition Waiver forms is Monday, December 21, 2020. Forms must be turned in by 4:00 p.m. on that date in order to avoid paying the $15.00 late fee. Forms MUST be signed by ALL parties prior to submission. Incomplete forms will be returned to the employee.
Please note: there is no deadline for the Winter session; however, to avoid a delay in processing the forms they should be submitted as soon as possible.
