· Full-time undergraduate student: minimum of 60 credits at California University of Pennsylvania

· GPA Minimum 2.75

· Must be recommended by a member of university staff, faculty, or administration

Bill & Candace Booker Student Leadership Scholarship

· Full-time Undergraduate student

· Financial need is to be considered for this award

· Must be nominated by a member of university staff, faculty, or administration
