Light Box Therapy Program for Enrolled Students

For some students, fall and winter gloom can be almost unbearable. Bright light therapy, in combination with behavioral strategies, could be helpful. Bright light therapy can help combat against problems such as, low energy, irritability, and difficulty with concentration, trouble sleeping, carb cravings, and those seasonal blahs.

Is Cal U’s Light Box Therapy program a good idea for you?  To find out, come to the campus Wellness/Health Center located on the ground floor of Carter Hall or ask to talk to Mary Ann when you call 724-938-4056.  Please be sure to mention that you are interested in Light Box Therapy.
