Uniontown Area Alumni Gathering - May 7, 2013

Alumni from the Uniontown area will gather in the banquet hall at Duck Hollow Golf Course from 6 - 8 p.m. President Jones will be on hand to speak with alumni and provide an update on our alma mater. 3 p.m.  - Campus tours led by Alumni Ambassadors, leaving from Kara Alumni House.
5 p.m. - Class of 1963 Pioneer Reunion reception, with dinner immediately following, at the Kara Alumni House. RSVP required.

Saturday, June 1

8:30 a.m. - Alumni Board of Directors annual election meeting at the Natali Student Center, Room 206/207.
10 a.m. - Class of 1963 reception in the Sun Room, Natali Student Center.
11 a.m. - Alumni Association Awards of Distinction and Luncheon, Natali Student Center, Performance Center. Eight outstanding alumni and friends will be recognized for their dedication to California University of Pennsylvania.
6 p.m. - Join us for the President’s Gala! California University and its supporters are invited to “Rise & Shine” at the 20th annual Gala at the Omni William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh.

The annual fundraiser has been reawakened with a new format and a call to “rise to the occasion and shine as a scholarship donor.” Since its inception in 1994, net proceeds from the gala have supported scholarships for deserving Cal U students. This year’s black-tie event has the same worthy goal but a fresh new look, with WTAE’s Andrew Stockey as emcee and music by Pittsburgh’s favorite doo-wop band, Pure Gold.

Joe Howard Memorial Golf Outing - June 14, 2013

Football alumni invite you to participate in the 8th annual Joe Howard Memorial Golf Tournament to support an endowed football scholarship. In addition to a fun day of golf at the beautiful Uniontown Country Club, there will be a silent auction with a variety of sports memorabilia. Philadelphia Area Alumni Gathering - June 20, 2013

Attention, all Philadelphia area alumni! We hope you will join us on June 20 when President Jones travels to Philadelphia to meet with alumni, talk about all of the great work that the Philadelphia Alumni Chapter has done and provide an update about the latest happenings at our alma mater. This will be a wonderful opportunity to meet President Jones and hear her vision for Cal U's future. The event will take place from 6-8 p.m. at the Radisson Plaza-Warwick Hotel, 1701 Locust St., Philadelphia, Pa. 

National Athletic Trainers' Conference/Alumni Event - June 26, 2013

Athletic training alumni join us in Las Vegas at the annual National Athletic Trainers' Conference and Athletic Training Alumni Society gathering. The event will take place at the Hard Rock Cafe (on the strip - not the hotel) in Las Vegas from 8-10 p.m. Additional information will be posted on the Athletic Training Facebook page.
