The deadline for Fall tuition waiver forms to be received in Human Resources is July 27, 2012. Fall billing will will begin July 23. If you turn your waiver in after July 19, it may not show up on your first billing statement.
Please be sure to use the current form. Obsolete forms will be returned without processing.
